Dolpa is known by the famous shey Phoksundo Lake, and shey gomba. People trade with Tibet they are called Dolpas, usually these people have a barter system trade. Bon is practiced here, and the mingling of cultures is fascinating here.
The main walls and chorten are passed on the right, along with the mysterious villagers, insular people, the extremely rugged terrain, the religion, the legendary crystal mountain, and the shockingly blue lake where no aquatic life lives, Dolpa makes one of the most fascinating of all places in Nepal. The Himalayan Tahr, Blue Sheep, and snow leopard are found here.
